The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) have prepared this Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) under the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970, and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969. The EIR/EIS addresses the San Clemente Dam Seismic Safety Project.
